SEPLAM – City of Caucaia • Feb 2026 — Present
- Build and maintain the internal process-management system used by SEPLAM staff and select citizens to handle municipal licensing, permits, and document workflows for the city of Caucaia-CE. Features AI-assisted document validation (Google Gemini, OpenAI), Portuguese OCR via Tesseract, digital signatures (Lacuna RestPKI / Gov.BR), PDF generation, and integrations with Gov.BR, SEFIN, and REDESIM.
- Develop the citizen-facing portal that lets any resident of Caucaia open business-license requests (alvará, viability consultation), upload documents, generate payment slips, and track process status online.

Klever – Crypto Wallet & Ecosystem • Jun 2024 — Feb 2026
- Developed and optimized KleverScan, a blockchain explorer built with Next.js, focusing on high-performance UI components.
- Contributed to the Klever Wallet Chrome extension (+6,000 downloads) by implementing new features and enhancing UX with React.
- Engineered Svelte-based WebViews for mobile integration, including Buy Crypto and Payments (Pix), ensuring seamless crypto-to-fiat transactions and financial flows.
